CONCRETE GOOGLE & META ADS MANAGEMENT
Generate More Concrete Project Opportunities With One Flat Management Fee.
Your concrete company pays the advertising platforms directly. LeadStead manages the acquisition system behind the results — including Google Ads, Meta Ads where appropriate, dedicated concrete landing pages, call and form tracking, lead qualification and ongoing optimization.
LeadStead charges a flat $2,500 monthly management fee with no additional per-lead charge. New campaigns are backed by a 30-day performance guarantee: we agree on a measurable qualified-lead benchmark before launch, and if the campaign does not meet it within the first 30 days, the first month’s LeadStead management fee is refunded, subject to the campaign terms.

WHAT COUNTS AS A CONCRETE LEAD
Exactly What Counts as a Qualified Concrete Lead
Concrete inquiries can range from a small repair request to a full driveway, patio, foundation or commercial flatwork project. Before launch, we define the exact project types, territory and exclusions that determine whether an inquiry is treated as a qualified lead for campaign measurement.
A Qualified Concrete Lead
A lead generally qualifies when the prospective customer:
- Is actively requesting a concrete project or service included in your campaign
- Is located within the approved service area or territory
- Provides valid contact information your estimator or office can reasonably use
- Is a genuine homeowner, property manager, builder, business or organization seeking concrete work
- Meets any minimum project size, property type or other criteria agreed upon before launch
Depending on your business, campaigns may target concrete driveways, patios, walkways, steps, garage floors, slabs, foundations, stamped or decorative concrete, repairs, resurfacing, commercial flatwork or other approved services.
What Does Not Count
The following inquiries are excluded from qualified-lead reporting and from the performance benchmark:
- Spam, bots or fraudulent submissions
- Job seekers or employment inquiries
- Vendors and sales solicitations
- Properties outside the territory you agreed to serve
- Requests for concrete services or adjacent trades your company does not offer
- Invalid or unusable contact information
- Duplicate leads within the agreed duplicate window
- Projects that fall below any minimum job size or outside agreed property or project requirements
Qualification Rules Are Agreed Upon Before Launch
Before advertising begins, LeadStead and your team define the concrete projects to promote, the territory to target and the exclusions that determine whether an inquiry qualifies.
If an inquiry does not satisfy those agreed requirements, it is excluded from qualified-lead reporting and from the performance benchmark.

SIMPLE, PREDICTABLE PRICING
$2,500/Month to Manage Your Concrete Acquisition System
Two Separate Costs. No Per-Lead Fees.
Your advertising spend and LeadStead’s $2,500 monthly management fee are separate. Your concrete company pays the advertising platforms directly, while LeadStead charges one flat monthly fee to manage and optimize the acquisition system.
The campaign has two primary cost components:
1. Your Advertising Spend
Your business pays Google, Meta or another approved advertising platform directly for the media.
You control the advertising budget and approve the maximum amount you are comfortable spending. LeadStead requires a minimum $5,000 monthly media budget for this managed program.
2. LeadStead’s Flat Management Fee
LeadStead charges a flat $2,500 monthly management fee for campaign strategy, Google and Meta Ads management, concrete landing pages, call and form tracking, qualification, reporting and ongoing optimization.
There is no additional LeadStead fee for each lead generated. If the campaigns become more efficient and generate more qualified concrete opportunities within the approved media budget, your LeadStead management fee remains $2,500.
What That Can Look Like
Here is a simplified example of a flat-fee concrete lead generation campaign:
Monthly Advertising Budget
$7,000
Qualified Leads Generated
35
Advertising Cost per Qualified Lead
$200
LeadStead Monthly Management Fee
$2,500
Additional Per-Lead Fee
$0
Total Campaign Cost: $9,500
Effective Cost per Qualified Lead: $271.43
In this example, the concrete company spends $7,000 directly on advertising and pays LeadStead the flat $2,500 monthly management fee. If 35 qualified concrete opportunities are generated, there is no additional per-lead charge.
Your Actual Numbers Will Depend on the Projects You Target
Concrete lead costs can vary substantially by market, competition, season and project type. A residential patio or walkway may have very different economics from a driveway replacement, foundation project or larger commercial flatwork opportunity.
That is why we review the concrete services you want to promote, your territory, minimum project size, expected job values and operating capacity before recommending a campaign budget and first-30-day performance benchmark.
The goal is not simply to generate the lowest-cost form submissions possible. The goal is to produce concrete opportunities that are worth your team’s time to visit, estimate and pursue.
Example is for illustration only and is not a guarantee of concrete lead volume, advertising cost or project value.
30-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
We Agree on the Concrete Benchmark Before We Launch
Before your first concrete campaign goes live, LeadStead and your team agree on a measurable first-30-day performance benchmark based on the project types being promoted, minimum job size, your market, competition, seasonality, approved media budget and qualified-lead criteria.
1. Define Success Upfront
The benchmark is documented before launch so both sides know what LeadStead is expected to achieve. It can consider qualified concrete opportunity volume and acquisition efficiency rather than clicks, impressions or unqualified inquiries.
2. Give the Campaign 30 Days
LeadStead builds, launches and optimizes the campaign during the first 30 days while tracking qualified calls and estimate requests against the agreed benchmark.
3. Miss the Benchmark? We Refund Our Fee.
If LeadStead does not achieve the agreed first-30-day benchmark, the first month’s $2,500 LeadStead management fee is refunded, subject to the campaign terms and eligibility requirements.
The guarantee applies to LeadStead’s first-month management fee. Advertising spend paid directly to Google, Meta or another media platform is not refundable by LeadStead.
Guarantee eligibility requires the agreed media budget to remain available, timely campaign approvals, functioning call and lead-delivery systems and no material client-driven interruption or change to the agreed campaign during the first 30 days.

HOW IT WORKS
A Simple Process for Building More Concrete Project Opportunities
Choose the Concrete Work You Want
We review the concrete project types you want more of, your ideal customers, service territory, estimator capacity and growth goals.
Define Qualified Opportunities & the Benchmark
Together we define what counts as qualified and the first-30-day benchmark, including project type, location, minimum job size, property type and agreed exclusions.
Approve the Advertising Budget
You approve the advertising budget and maximum spending range before launch. The managed program requires at least $5,000 per month in media spend.
Launch If the Opportunity Makes Sense
LeadStead builds the campaigns, landing pages, call and form tracking, and lead-delivery workflow required to start generating opportunities.
Review Lead Quality & Project Mix
We review qualified concrete inquiries, project mix and acquisition costs against the agreed benchmark, then optimize toward the opportunities your business values most.
Scale the Projects and Areas That Perform
When a project type, campaign or service area is producing acceptable economics, volume can be increased within your approved budget and operating capacity.
WHO THIS MODEL IS FOR
Designed for Concrete Contractors Ready to Estimate and Complete More Work
LeadStead’s flat-fee managed concrete program is designed for established contractors that already know how to estimate, sell and execute projects and want a measurable acquisition system with clear performance accountability.
Who It Is Best Suited For:
- Operate an established concrete company
- Have crew and estimator capacity for additional projects
- Respond promptly to new quote and estimate requests
- Have someone available to visit sites, measure and prepare estimates
- Follow up consistently after sending estimates and proposals
- Understand average job value, close rate, gross margin and customer acquisition economics
- Can support at least the $5,000 monthly advertising minimum for customer acquisition
- Want more predictable project opportunities beyond referrals and repeat business
- Want a flat management fee with measurable performance accountability
It May Not Be the Right Fit If:
- You only want to invest a few hundred dollars per month in advertising
- New concrete estimate requests routinely sit unanswered
- Your crews or estimators are already at full capacity
- Your service territory or target project types are unclear
- Your core concrete services, minimum job size or pricing strategy are still unproven
- Your team sends estimates but rarely follows up with prospects
- You expect every qualified concrete lead to become a signed project
LeadStead is responsible for generating qualified opportunities. Your response speed, site visit, estimating process, pricing, portfolio, reputation and follow-up ultimately determine how many leads become signed projects.

CONCRETE LEAD GENERATION FAQ
Common Questions About LeadStead’s Flat-Fee Concrete Lead Generation Program
How much does LeadStead charge for concrete advertising management?
LeadStead charges a flat $2,500 monthly management fee for the managed concrete acquisition program.
The fee covers campaign strategy, Google Ads and Meta Ads management where appropriate, dedicated landing pages, call and form tracking, qualified-lead measurement, reporting and ongoing optimization.
Does LeadStead charge per concrete lead?
No. There is no additional LeadStead per-lead charge under the flat-fee managed program.
If campaign efficiency improves and the same approved advertising budget generates more qualified concrete calls and estimate requests, your LeadStead management fee remains $2,500 per month.
Is concrete advertising spend included in the $2,500 management fee?
No. Media spend and LeadStead’s management fee are separate.
Your concrete company pays Google, Meta or another approved platform directly for advertising. LeadStead separately charges the flat $2,500 monthly fee for managing the acquisition system.
What is LeadStead’s 30-day performance guarantee?
Before launch, LeadStead and your team agree on a measurable first-30-day performance benchmark based on your concrete market, project types, minimum job size, competition, seasonality, approved advertising budget and qualified-lead criteria.
If LeadStead does not meet that agreed benchmark within the first 30 days, the first month’s $2,500 management fee is refunded, subject to the campaign terms and eligibility requirements. Advertising spend paid directly to Google or Meta is not refundable by LeadStead.
What is the 30-day concrete performance benchmark?
The benchmark is established before the campaign launches rather than using one universal target for every concrete contractor.
It may consider qualified concrete opportunity volume, advertising cost per qualified opportunity and other agreed acquisition-efficiency measures based on the project types being targeted — such as driveways, patios, decorative concrete, slabs, foundations or commercial flatwork — along with minimum job size, seasonality, competition and the approved media budget.
Who funds the advertising?
Your concrete company does.
The advertising platform bills your company directly rather than the media budget passing through LeadStead.
Who owns the advertising account?
Your business owns and controls the advertising account used for the campaign.
LeadStead receives the access required to manage and optimize the approved concrete campaigns.
What counts as a qualified concrete lead?
Generally, a qualified concrete lead is a genuine prospective customer within your approved territory who is requesting one of the concrete projects or services included in the campaign and provides enough valid information for your team to pursue an estimate or sales conversation.
The exact project types, geography, exclusions and any minimum project requirements are agreed before launch so qualified-lead volume and acquisition efficiency can be measured consistently.
Do spam or irrelevant concrete inquiries count toward performance?
No. Spam, fake inquiries, vendors, wrong-service requests, out-of-territory prospects, duplicates within the agreed window and other documented exclusions are not treated as qualified concrete opportunities for campaign measurement.
Qualification rules are agreed before launch so both sides use the same definition when reviewing results and the 30-day benchmark.
Can phone calls count as qualified concrete opportunities?
Yes. A phone call can qualify when the caller is genuinely requesting an approved concrete project or service and meets the other campaign requirements.
Wrong numbers, sales solicitations and unrelated calls do not become qualified simply because someone called the tracking number.
How are concrete phone leads tracked?
Dedicated campaign phone numbers can route calls directly to your business while allowing LeadStead to identify the advertising source and campaign that generated the inquiry.
Depending on the setup, call duration, answer status, recordings, transcripts and qualification status may also be reviewed for lead quality and campaign performance.
Do you use our existing website or dedicated landing pages?
We can use your existing website when it supports the campaign properly, but dedicated concrete landing pages often provide more control over project targeting, conversion, tracking and testing.
Can the campaign use our concrete company branding?
Yes. Campaign pages can use your concrete company’s branding and may operate on a subdomain such as quote.yourcompany.com or another approved address.
Why is there a $5,000 minimum advertising budget?
Concrete search volume can be seasonal and competitive. The campaign needs enough media spend to reach a meaningful number of project-ready prospects and generate enough conversion data for effective optimization.
The $5,000 monthly media minimum helps provide enough campaign activity to evaluate qualified estimate requests and acquisition economics reliably.
Can I cap the monthly advertising spend?
Yes. Your company approves the maximum monthly media budget and LeadStead manages within those spending limits.
Is there a maximum number of concrete leads we can receive?
No arbitrary lead cap is imposed simply because the campaign is performing well. Your LeadStead management fee remains $2,500 regardless of how many qualified opportunities are generated.
Lead volume can still be increased, reduced or redirected based on estimator availability, crew capacity, seasonality, territory and your approved advertising budget.
What happens if our estimating schedule or crews reach capacity?
If your estimating calendar or production schedule fills up, budgets, campaign schedules, project types or territories can be adjusted.
The objective is to keep lead flow aligned with your actual ability to visit sites, estimate work and schedule additional projects rather than continuing to generate demand your team cannot handle.
Which concrete projects can LeadStead target?
Depending on your company and market, campaigns may target concrete projects such as:
- Concrete driveways and driveway replacement
- Patios, walkways and steps
- Garage floors and concrete slabs
- Foundations and structural concrete where offered
- Stamped and decorative concrete
- Concrete repair and resurfacing
- Commercial flatwork and larger concrete projects
- Builder, property-management and commercial concrete work
- Other approved concrete services
How is LeadStead different from buying shared concrete leads?
LeadStead is a managed customer-acquisition program rather than a traditional shared-lead marketplace.
LeadStead manages the advertising, landing pages, tracking, qualification and lead-delivery infrastructure for a flat monthly management fee. Leads generated through your dedicated campaign are not resold by LeadStead to competing concrete contractors.
