Minimum $5,000 Monthly Media Budget Clients fund advertising directly, with a minimum $5,000 monthly media budget. You approve the maximum advertising budget, and we optimize within it for the landscaping services and project types you want to grow.

WHAT COUNTS AS A LANDSCAPING LEAD

You Only Want High-Margin Projects. We Exclude the $40 Lawn Care Calls.

Landscaping inquiries can range from a small maintenance request to a complete backyard renovation or large commercial contract. Before launch, we define the services, territory and other criteria that determine whether an inquiry is treated as a qualified lead for campaign measurement.

A Qualified Landscaping Lead

A lead generally qualifies when the customer:

Campaigns can be built around the work your company wants most — including landscape design and construction, interlock and hardscaping, retaining walls, sod and grading, outdoor living spaces, recurring lawn care, commercial maintenance or other approved landscaping services.

What Does Not Count

The following inquiries are excluded from qualified-lead reporting and from the performance benchmark:

Qualification Rules Are Agreed Upon Before Launch

Before advertising begins, LeadStead and your team define the services to promote, the territory to target and the exclusions that determine whether an inquiry qualifies.

If an inquiry falls outside those agreed requirements, it is not counted as a qualified landscaping lead when LeadStead measures campaign performance.

Generated for Your Landscaping Business. Not Sold to Your Competitors.

Built Around Your Services Campaigns are built around your landscaping company, the services you want to grow and the areas you want to serve.
Delivered Directly to Your Team Qualified calls and form inquiries can be routed directly to your team by phone, email, SMS, CRM or another approved workflow.
Never Resold by LeadStead LeadStead does not take leads generated through your campaign and resell or distribute them to competing landscaping companies.
Your Brand. Your Customer Relationship. Campaign pages can operate under your company branding, helping prospects interact with your landscaping business from the first touchpoint.

PREDICTABLE ACQUISITION COSTS

A $2,500 Flat Fee to Grow Your Design-Build Pipeline

Two Separate Costs. No Per-Lead Fees.

Your advertising spend and LeadStead’s $2,500 monthly management fee are separate. Your landscaping company pays the advertising platforms directly, while LeadStead charges one flat monthly fee to manage and optimize the acquisition system.

There are two primary costs to consider:

1. Advertising Spend

Your landscaping company pays Google, Meta or another approved advertising platform directly.

You control the advertising budget and approve the maximum amount you are comfortable spending. LeadStead requires a minimum $5,000 monthly media budget for this managed program.

2. LeadStead’s Monthly Management Fee

LeadStead charges a flat $2,500 monthly management fee for campaign strategy, Google and Meta Ads management, landscaping landing pages, tracking, qualification, reporting and ongoing optimization.

There is no additional LeadStead fee for each lead generated. If the campaigns become more efficient and generate more qualified landscaping opportunities within the approved media budget, your LeadStead management fee remains $2,500.

Illustrative Landscaping Campaign Example

A simplified flat-fee landscaping campaign could look like this:

Monthly Advertising Budget
$6,000

Qualified Leads Generated
40

Advertising Cost per Qualified Lead
$150

LeadStead Monthly Management Fee
$2,500

Additional Per-Lead Fee
$0

In this example, the landscaping company spends $6,000 directly on advertising and pays LeadStead the flat $2,500 monthly management fee. If 40 qualified landscaping opportunities are generated, there is no additional per-lead charge.

Actual Landscaping Lead Costs Vary by Market and Service Mix

Landscaping lead costs can vary significantly by market, season, competition and the type of work being promoted. A recurring lawn-care inquiry may have very different economics from a $30,000 backyard renovation, interlock project or commercial landscaping contract.

That is why we review your target services, market, seasonality and expected project values before recommending a campaign budget and first-30-day benchmark.

The objective is not simply to drive the lowest possible cost per form submission. The objective is to produce qualified landscaping opportunities at an acquisition cost that makes sense for your service mix.

Example is for illustration only and is not a guarantee of landscaping lead volume, advertising cost or project value.

1. Define Success Upfront

The benchmark is documented before launch so both sides know what LeadStead is expected to achieve. It can consider qualified landscaping lead volume and acquisition efficiency rather than clicks, impressions or unqualified inquiries.

2. Give the Campaign 30 Days

LeadStead builds, launches and optimizes the campaign during the first 30 days while tracking qualified calls and quote requests against the agreed benchmark.

3. Miss the Benchmark? We Refund Our Fee.

If LeadStead does not achieve the agreed first-30-day benchmark, the first month’s $2,500 LeadStead management fee is refunded, subject to the campaign terms and eligibility requirements.

The guarantee applies to LeadStead’s first-month management fee. Advertising spend paid directly to Google, Meta or another media platform is not refundable by LeadStead.

Guarantee eligibility requires the agreed media budget to remain available, timely campaign approvals, functioning lead-delivery systems and no material client-driven interruption or change to the agreed campaign during the first 30 days.

HOW IT WORKS

A Landscaping Lead Generation Process Built Around Your Business

1

Define Your Service Mix

We review the landscaping services you want more of, your ideal customer, service territory, seasonal capacity and growth goals.

2

Set Qualification Criteria

We agree on what counts as a qualified lead, including service type, location, project requirements and exclusions.

3

Approve Your Budget

You approve the media budget and spending limits before launch. The managed program requires at least $5,000 per month in media spend.

4

Launch the Campaign

LeadStead builds the campaigns, landing pages, tracking and lead-delivery system needed to begin generating opportunities.

5

Review Lead Quality & Cost

We review qualified-lead volume, the types of landscaping inquiries being generated, the services requested and acquisition cost, then optimize against the agreed campaign goals.

6

Scale the Services That Perform

When a service, campaign or territory is producing acceptable economics, volume can be increased within your approved advertising budget and operating capacity without increasing LeadStead’s flat monthly management fee.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for Landscaping Companies Ready for More Customers and Projects

LeadStead’s managed landscaping acquisition program is designed for established companies that already know how to quote, sell and deliver their services and want a measurable system for generating more customer and project opportunities.

Who It Is Best Suited For:

  • Operate an established landscaping company
  • Have capacity for additional projects or recurring accounts
  • Respond quickly to new calls, quote requests and consultations
  • Have sales, design or estimating capacity for additional opportunities
  • Follow up consistently after consultations, estimates and proposals
  • Understand average project value, close rate and customer acquisition economics
  • Can invest at least $5,000/month in customer acquisition when the market supports it
  • Want more predictable lead flow beyond referrals and repeat customers
  • Want professional Google and Meta campaign management with transparent, measurable acquisition reporting

It May Not Be the Right Fit If:

  • You want to spend only a few hundred dollars per month
  • New landscaping inquiries routinely go unanswered or receive slow follow-up
  • Your crews, designers or sales team are already at full capacity
  • Your service territory or target landscaping services are unclear
  • Your core landscaping offer, pricing or sales process is still unproven
  • Your team provides estimates but rarely follows up
  • You expect every qualified landscaping lead to become a customer

LeadStead’s role is to generate qualified opportunities. Your team’s response time, consultation process, pricing, reputation, proposal quality, follow-up and service delivery ultimately determine how many become customers.

LANDSCAPING ADS & LEAD GENERATION FAQ

Common Questions About LeadStead’s Managed Landscaping Program

How much does LeadStead charge to manage landscaping advertising?

LeadStead charges a flat $2,500 monthly management fee for the managed landscaping acquisition program.

The management fee does not increase based on the number of qualified landscaping leads generated. Advertising spend is separate and is paid directly by your landscaping company to Google, Meta or another approved advertising platform.

Do you charge a fee for every landscaping lead?

No. There is no additional LeadStead per-lead charge under the flat-fee managed program.

If campaign efficiency improves and the same approved advertising budget generates more qualified landscaping opportunities, your LeadStead management fee remains $2,500 per month.

Is landscaping advertising spend included in the $2,500 management fee?

No. Media spend and LeadStead’s management fee are separate.

Your landscaping company pays Google, Meta or another approved platform directly for advertising. LeadStead separately charges the flat $2,500 monthly fee for managing the acquisition system.

What is LeadStead’s 30-day performance guarantee?

Before launch, LeadStead and your team agree on a measurable first-30-day performance benchmark based on your landscaping market, target services and project types, seasonality, approved advertising budget and qualified-lead criteria.

If LeadStead does not meet that agreed benchmark within the first 30 days, the first month’s $2,500 management fee is refunded, subject to the campaign terms and eligibility requirements. Advertising spend paid directly to Google or Meta is not refundable by LeadStead.

What is the 30-day landscaping performance benchmark?

The benchmark is established before the campaign launches rather than using one universal target for every landscaping company.

It may consider qualified landscaping lead volume, advertising cost per qualified lead and other agreed acquisition-efficiency measures based on whether you are targeting landscape construction, hardscaping, backyard renovations, recurring maintenance, commercial landscaping or other approved services, along with seasonality, competition and the approved media budget.

Who funds the advertising campaigns?

Your landscaping company does.

The advertising platform bills your business directly rather than the media budget passing through LeadStead.

Who owns and controls the advertising account?

Your landscaping company owns and controls the advertising account.

LeadStead receives the campaign-management access needed to build, monitor and optimize the approved advertising.

What counts as a qualified landscaping lead?

Generally, a qualified landscaping lead is a genuine prospective customer within the approved service area who is requesting one of the services included in the program and provides enough valid information for your team to reasonably pursue the opportunity.

The exact services, geography, exclusions and project requirements are documented before launch and are used to measure campaign performance.

How do spam or irrelevant landscaping inquiries affect performance reporting?

Spam, fake submissions, job seekers, vendors, unsupported services, out-of-area inquiries and other documented exclusions are not counted as qualified landscaping leads when LeadStead reports campaign performance or evaluates the agreed benchmark.

Can phone calls count as qualified landscaping leads?

Yes. A call can qualify when the prospective customer is requesting an approved landscaping service and the inquiry meets the other criteria established for the campaign.

Wrong numbers, job seekers, vendors, sales solicitations and unrelated calls do not become qualified simply because the campaign phone number was dialed.

How do you track landscaping phone leads?

Campaign tracking numbers can route calls to your business while allowing LeadStead to identify the source, campaign and advertising channel that generated the call.

Depending on the setup, call duration, answer status, recordings, transcripts and qualification status may also be reviewed to help measure lead quality and campaign performance.

Do you use our existing landscaping website or build landing pages?

Not necessarily. We can use an existing page when it is suitable, but dedicated landscaping landing pages often give LeadStead greater control over the offer, service targeting, speed, conversion path, tracking and testing.

Can campaigns use our landscaping company branding?

Yes. Campaign pages can use your company’s logo, messaging and branding and may operate on a branded subdomain such as quote.yourcompany.com, get.yourcompany.com or another approved address.

Why is there a $5,000 minimum advertising budget?

Landscaping demand can be highly seasonal and competitive, and different services can have very different acquisition costs. The campaign needs enough traffic and conversion volume to generate useful data and give the optimization process a fair opportunity to work.

The $5,000 minimum is media spend paid directly to the advertising platforms and is separate from LeadStead’s $2,500 monthly management fee.

Can I cap my monthly advertising spend?

Yes. You approve the maximum media budget and LeadStead manages within the agreed spending limits.

Is there a maximum number of landscaping leads we can receive?

No arbitrary lead cap is imposed simply because the campaign is performing well.

If LeadStead improves campaign efficiency and generates more qualified landscaping opportunities within your approved advertising budget, your $2,500 monthly management fee does not increase because of the additional lead volume.

What happens if our crews or sales team reach capacity?

If your company reaches capacity, budgets, campaign schedules, territories or promoted services can be adjusted rather than continuing to generate demand your team cannot reasonably handle.

LeadStead does not charge an additional fee for each extra lead generated.

Does the performance guarantee mean every landscaping lead will become a customer?

No. LeadStead’s benchmark measures agreed customer-acquisition performance, not guaranteed consultations, signed projects, recurring contracts, revenue or profit.

Your team’s response time, consultation process, pricing, reputation, proposal quality, follow-up and service delivery all affect whether a qualified landscaping opportunity becomes a customer.

Which landscaping services can you generate leads for?

Campaigns can be built around the landscaping services that matter most to your business, including:

  • Landscape design and construction
  • Interlock, pavers and hardscaping
  • Retaining walls
  • Sod, grading and planting
  • Outdoor living spaces and backyard renovations
  • Lawn care and recurring maintenance
  • Commercial landscaping and property maintenance
  • Seasonal property services where approved
  • Other approved landscaping services
How is LeadStead different from a shared landscaping lead marketplace?

LeadStead operates as a managed customer-acquisition partner rather than a traditional shared-lead marketplace.

We manage the advertising, landing pages, tracking, qualification and lead-delivery infrastructure for your landscaping company under a flat monthly management fee. Leads generated through your dedicated campaign are not resold by LeadStead to competing landscaping companies.
